Shipping policy

Shipping Procedures:
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping operations run Monday to Friday.

Domestic Logistics:
UPS is our domestic carrier with standard 3-7 business day delivery period.

International Logistics:
DHL serves as our international carrier with 4-21 business day delivery estimate. Customs clearance may extend this period. Preppy Prodigy does not cover customs-related expenses.
